- Throwing of objects - Art. 16 (2) DR
- Setting off of fireworks - Art. 16 (2) DR
- Field invasion by supporters - Art. 16 (2) DR
- Stairways blocked - Art. 38 of the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations

Decision:

The CEDB has decided:
- to order the partial closure of the FC Dynamo Kyiv Stadium (i.e. its sectors 41 until 62) during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which Ukranian club would play as the host;
- to order FC Dynamo Kyiv to display a banner with the wording “#EqualGame”, with the UEFA logo on it.
